I've been with SHIMADAI since March, and it's been a frustrating experience. Withdrawals have been a nightmare—my funds are stuck, and there's no clear resolution in sight. Customer support hasn't been much help either; communication is slow, and they don't seem to have a handle on the issue. It's disappointing not being able to access my own money.
