After being their customer for many years, investing funds, and bringing them considerable profits, I decided to withdraw the small residual balance from my account, which was about 80 euros. I initiated a withdrawal request, the system prompted me to enter a card number (as a bank transfer was not possible for amounts less than 100). However, after several days, I still had not received the money. Having checked my account, I found that the withdrawal had been denied. This situation happened repeatedly with different cards. Moreover, the customer service team seemed to be unavailable on weekends.
