What annoys me the most is that after 3 years of use, I will have to learn a new platform, as their continuous fiddling around during weekly maintenance never showed any tangible improvement.
As many already pointed out, the platform gets slow or unresponsive as soon the market gets hot or my gains rise, can't trade in those conditions, I did fowarded complaints and sudgestions without results.
I am sure that they can see my trades and monitor all I do and the amount in my account and trade against their customers. But all deposit and withdrowals where fast.
