It is easy to open a Standard account or a Pro account, a low minimum deposit… And its trading conditions seem attractive, 500 times leverage, tight spreads and more. I opened a demo account today, and it performs good. I was wondering if I should open a real trading next up.

Their response is timely when you have an issue. Though I have a problem with the payment method set for instance when you deposit using PayPal you can't withdraw the funds to mpesa. Ensure flexibility in withdrawal of funds, one should be able to withdraw funds using payment method of their choice regardless of which payment method they used to deposit.

Im Februar eröffnete ich über einen Bekannten bei MAG Markets ein gemanagtes Konto mit 3500 Euro. MAG Markets migrierte in 4XC. Die höchste Balance in 5 Monaten war knapp 4000 Euro. Letzte Woche wurden aufgrund zu hohem Floating alle Positionen liquidiert. Das Konto ist platt und am Ende ist "der Markt" schuld. Bisher erhielt ich trotz Anfrage bei meinem Bekannten, angeblich Mitinhaber bei MAG Markets, keinen detaillierten Auszug meines Tradingkontos. Auf frühere Anfrage, warum ich nur die Zahlen im Backoffice sehe und keinen Zugang zu meinem Handelskonto via MT4 oder MT5 bekomme, hiess es, dass man die Trades nicht offenlegen wolle. Aus meiner Sicht sehr dubios. Mir wurde zwar zuvor ein niedriger Spread genannt aber Transparenz gab es keine. Mein Fazit: Finger weg!

4XC wasn't as smooth as I hoped. Despite submitting three sets of documents as outlined in the guidelines, the support team was of little help when it came to verifying my account. I still couldn't withdraw my deposited funds! However, once I could access my funds, trading was relatively easy!
