I wish I could give them 0 stars. They increased my account's leverage without any prior notice or acknowledgment of different leverage ratios on other accounts. When confronted with evidence, they simply apologized, blaming it on a system error. Another instance of dishonesty was when they denied my past trades, claiming it was an old account on the old system. However, when presented with proof, all they could say was, "Oops, my bad, forgot to check."
