I've been unable to withdraw my funds for two weeks now. They're reviewing my account, but haven't provided a deadline. Due to restrictions, I can't access my money at all. There's been no communication or transparency about the situation. Overall, the service is non-existent. They haven't given any information or allowed me to withdraw my funds.
