Let me tell you, my experience with ACE FX was a letdown. First off, their spreads were way smaller than what they advertised, which was pretty frustrating. Trying for three days now and still can't withdraw my funds. It's frustrating and feels like there's a problem. They keep citing network upgrades as the reason, but three days without progress is unacceptable. The customer service just makes me feel like my money is stuck and unreachable.
