I had a great experience with Goldmine's customer service. I had some questions about their services and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I was impressed with the level of customer service and would recommend Goldmine to my friends.

I was unable to verify my documents with Goldmine, but their support staff sucks, taking them a long time to addressing this issue. I had that enough and left this platform before really trading with it.
