I opened a Roth IRA account with Charles Schwab. A week later, I received a letter stating that they would be closing my account. I called the number provided, but they wouldn't even tell me the reason. This is a retirement account. They would only say it was a business decision. I'm sorry, but if you're going to close an account where I've deposited funds, you should at least tell me why.

TD Ameritrade's website looks very professional, but I searched the entire website and found no information about regulatory licenses. If a company is strictly regulated, it should say loudly to gain the trust of customers, right?
