I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a serious technical issue observed on your trading platform.
On XAGUSD (Silver vs USD), M5 timeframe, an abnormal long downside wick appeared on the candle which does not align with market price movement or other reliable market data. Due to this unexpected wick, my stop loss was triggered, resulting in my account being completely blown.
I strongly believe this loss occurred due to a platform error / price feed issue, not due to normal market volatility. I have attached a screenshot of the chart clearly showing the abnormal wick for your verification.
