Yes, Vatee currently holds three regulatory licenses under the Vatee brand.

Two of these licenses are issued by the Australia Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), which is generally regarded as a stricter and more established financial regulator. One is an Inst Forex Execution (STP) license, No. 545560, held by VATEE ADVISORY PTY LTD, effective from 2023-03-28. The other is a Forex Execution License (STP), No. 563425, held by VATEE MARKETS PTY LTD, effective from 2025-02-21.

In addition, Vatee also holds a Forex Trading License (EP), No. 40097, issued by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) to VATEE PTY LIMITED, effective from 2024-09-02. This license falls under offshore regulation, which is generally considered less stringent than top-tier jurisdictions such as Australia.

What Can I Trade on Vatee?
