I would say nothing special related to this platform, even if this broker has so many advantages over those brokers I worked with, they still ignoring my emails, for instance, when I asked them why this or that happened with my order, they simply provide me with typical respond like: it has happened during to market volatility and we have nothing to do with that. Yes, I still trade with this platform, but trust me, not what I want.
