Recently, the fund selling process took 7 calendar days, which seems unnecessarily long. I understand there is a 3-day wait between order placement and settlement, but does it really take 4 additional days from settlement to funds reaching my bank account?

In my attempt to clarify some of my concerns, I reached out to their customer support. Unfortunately, their response was slow and unsatisfactory. The support team provided vague answers and did not address my questions regarding account types, fees, and trading conditions.

Despite the disappointing customer support experience, I decided to proceed with opening an account, hoping that the actual trading experience would be better.
