If a forex company is heavily regulated, it should mention this on eye-catching places to reassure customers.

Last year, I wanted to buy EUR/USD at 1.1200 through Superforex right when some big news came out. But because things were moving so fast and maybe the system was slow, I ended up buying it at 1.1230 instead. That means I got a worse price than I wanted, 30 pips higher. Now, if you look at their website, you can find places where they show these errors. It's like they're admitting there were problems, which proves I'm not the only one who had a bad time.
