Very greedy, unprofessonal, i mean, this InstaForex Options, I was trading the GBP/USD pair and I placed an order at 1.3800. But, instead, it got filled at 1.3820. That's a 20 pips difference and if you're trading, let's say, 10 lots, that's an unnecessary loss of $200!

InstaForex Options is an absolute scam. My card was used without my permission, and I only found out about the company through an unexpected email. When I requested a refund, they only returned a few cents. I had to resort to a chargeback. Their lack of email confirmation for account holders is questionable, and it's concerning that they allow deposits without any form of verification. The customer support was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude.
