So, I would recommend this broker for trading major currencies, with favorable spreads and leverage. As for its customer support, it also disappointed me, unresponsive and unprofessional.

My account got locked since January 7th as well as my funds. I requested a withdraw on January 12th and I havent received any respond about my funds. Poor customer support. Feels like a scam to me holding money for so long.

Cuando quise tratar con Trade245 busqué en wikifx y estoy agradecido por mi decisión porque descubrí que esta empresa es en realidad un fraude y su supuesta licencia FSCA no es más que un clon... si invierto temerariamente, ¡debo haberme estafado sin mi dinero!

Unable to withdraw money. I want to withdraw the profits from my account, but they asked me to submit documents, saying that I need to verify my identity, there was no such complicated process when I lost money and deposited it into the account before.
