Tecsco’s MT5 application is not working for a few days, I could not find it in their IOS portal. I also cannot access it in my account, I have a solid amount that I want to withdraw, but now I cannot contact anyone.

I wouldn't recommend investing with Tesco. It's a clear scam! Initially, they seem interested in your money, but when you try to withdraw, they bring up undisclosed policies, dodge your calls and emails, and eventually vanish. I lost around $24,000 dealing with this company. Be cautious!
