I have faced significant difficulties with fund withdrawals, and the limited customer support channels make problem resolution slow and cumbersome. I regret choosing OBFX, and I am actively looking for alternatives with better regulatory standing and customer support.

Their customer service is exceptionally poor. It has been difficult to receive timely and effective responses. Their support team appears to lack knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. Furthermore, I have found their trade execution speed to be very slow. My trade orders are often delayed, causing me to miss out on many opportunities. Most concerning of all, I encountered significant difficulties when trying to withdraw my funds. Their withdrawal process is complex and time-consuming.
