I had a simple question about my trading account, but no one from TVR seemed to have the time or inclination to help me. I sent multiple emails, waited on hold for hours, and even tried leaving messages through their live chat, but all in vain.

TVR has been a letdown. The user interface is okay, but trade execution and market analysis tools disappoint. Customer support is slow and unhelpful, and the withdrawal process is unnecessarily complicated. TVR falls short of expectations, requiring significant improvements.
