Naive as I was, I plunged in, only to be met with gut-churning customer service, a trading platform as temperamental as a cranky toddler, and slippages that would rival a yardstick! Looking back, I can't help but regret. My hard-earned cash has taken a quite plundering and, quite frankly, I feel blindsided.

My orders keep being rejected and "Their team has been trying to fix the problem and it is taking longer than anticipated", is their answer. Longer is more than 3 months that I have been with them.
