Simply love the fast withdrawal time and not to mention the high exchange rate for withdrawal as compared to other brokers. The best is - the small spread and fees waived for each transaction. Highly suggest Hantec for beginners and even veteran traders out there.

Excellent customer service. Swift deposit and withdrawal. While I enjoy their ECN account and low fees, there have been instances of server errors that have somewhat soured my experience. Hoping for further improvements and looking forward to more years of trading with them. 👌

6月6日晚，本人亨达账户因账户通道无法正常入金，导致账户担保比不足引起爆仓！待可以后台可以入金的时候，账户已经爆仓。而且入金通道转账后，接近一个小时才到账户内，导致账户二次爆仓。
此公司平台与其他平台不同的是，当账户可用保证金为负数时，账户就无法风控，完成账户对锁仓位。当发现无法对锁的时候，我及时安排入金。因通道问题导致无法正常入金，待可以入金时候账户已经风控爆仓！
与客服多次反馈说入金3小时内到账都是正常的，所以期间账户有任何风险，都是自己承担？请问下那个平台入金，3个小时才到？？？
