Simply love the fast withdrawal time and not to mention the high exchange rate for withdrawal as compared to other brokers. The best is - the small spread and fees waived for each transaction. Highly suggest Hantec for beginners and even veteran traders out there.

Excellent customer service. Swift deposit and withdrawal. While I enjoy their ECN account and low fees, there have been instances of server errors that have somewhat soured my experience. Hoping for further improvements and looking forward to more years of trading with them. 👌

本人交易账户：379065407 4月七日早晨交易账户被平台操控下单2手黄金导致亏损5223美金。交易日志上充分表明非客户自己下单，结果平台死不承认，也不理赔。港盘黑我知道这么黑的还没底线的闻所未闻。已上传交易交易日志和交割单。

After uploading the file, I received a Gmail indicating that my personal information has been verified, but when I log in to the application, the upload file option still exists. When I try to withdraw, it prompts me to submit the same file again. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but there is no solution.

i register account in this broker from last year 2022 until today still pending, cs have bad reputation, cs just ignore you chat and just leave you for couple hours and the reply you chat. never register this broker
