This broker is totally unprofessional. My account went into margin call status, so I topped up more money, thinking it would cover all my trades. But then I waited for what felt like ages, from 10 to nearly 30 minutes, just to see if the funds reflected in my MT4 account. In the end, I got stopped out.

SCAM!!! WORST BROKER EVER! Withdrawals are extremely slow, and the process is extremely cumbersome, and I have to submit some documents first. It will take them about a week to confirm my documents. After finally waiting for the document confirmation to be successful, I have to continue to wait for the withdrawal to arrive. I haven't seen the withdrawals from last year until now... The website and platform are now inaccessible, and customer service is also missing. 0 stars!!
