I've been trying to open a new account with Diamond Investment for over a month now, but their customer service is just terrible. Despite numerous emails and calls, they haven't processed or approved my account. They keep asking for a ton of personal information and documents, and I'm still waiting for them to handle my application. It's been a frustrating experience, and it feels like a complete waste of time.
