I opened an account with Kaerm IM and deposited $1000. I was attracted to their offer of 100x leverage. I made a number of profitable trades and increased my account balance. However, Kaerm IM then began to interfere with my trading.
They first started by trying to contact me and convince me to close my positions. I ignored their requests and continued trading.
Then, one day, Kaerm IM suddenly closed all of my positions without my consent. They claimed that I had violated their margin requirements, but this was not true. I had always maintained a healthy margin level in my account.
When I tried to contact Kaerm IM to dispute their actions, they were unresponsive. I was unable to withdraw my remaining funds from my account, and my account was eventually closed.
