I quite like this broker. All the information is openly available on their official website, and the fees are very transparent. Even as a beginner, their customer service actively guided me through the onboarding process. It's really impressive.

The platform glitches and high spreads cost me big time—ended up in the red with a loss of $436. Their customer service was slow. Would've been better off avoiding this one, for real!

I placed a buy order at 2031.53. The highest it got on their platform was 2030. 38. Yet it activated! I had a stop loss at 2024.43, which refused to activate! Why did the stop loss not work! I have sent them an email with screenshot evidence. Their excuse of a gap which does not appear on the chart does not suffice to explain why the stop loss refused to work. They have refused to refund. Highstone Capita lshould be avoided.
