Invested a small amount of money into this business due to circumstances I did not have time to keep an eye on this so decided to withdraw. But I was still waiting for one and a half years later, and no reply to my email from my account manager. DON'T TOUCH THEM.

As a user of MFF Financial, I'd like to share my observations and experiences with the platform. Firstly, there have been claims from some users about exploiting platform vulnerabilities for professional high-frequency trading. While these assertions have caught my attention, I personally have not engaged in such trading practices and cannot validate their authenticity. During my use of the MFF Financial platform, I attempted to initiate a withdrawal. However, I must highlight that the process of contacting customer service was not smooth. I encountered difficulties in reaching out to customer support after submitting a withdrawal request, which was a bit concerning. Eventually, when I managed to connect with customer service, I was informed that my trading volume was insufficient, leading to complications in processing the withdrawal.

Traded with MFF financial two years ago, been impressed by its low spreads and responsive customer service. However, my friend told me that this broker has shut down not long ago, what a pity.
