Had a few small withdrawals before this that took about 5 days. First time withdrawing a fairly bigger amount and it's been almost 3 weeks my withdrawal has not come in. Support ticket not answered after 4 days as well.

BA CAPITAL falls short in providing a satisfactory trading environment, as well as responsive customer service, with lengthy wait times to receive assistance, and currently, the inability to access their website has made it even more challenging to execute trades or manage my account, leaving me with a negative impression of the broker, and therefore, I would not recommend it to other traders.
