ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Out of nowhere, my account started showing "password incorrect" and now I can't even log in. It's been days and the customer service is being completely useless, ignoring me like I don't exist. I just want to get my hard-earned money out of this pathetic excuse for a platform and move on. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this platform if you value your time and sanity.

I have to say that this company is a complete scam. They have absolutely no integrity or honesty. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they completely ignored my requests and the account manager conveniently stopped answering my calls. It's a terrible experience and I really hope no one else falls victim to their deceitful tactics. Please, please be extremely careful and do not trust this company at all!
