I deposited $10,000 and traded through PU Prime, expecting a fair and transparent trading experience. Over a period of 10 days, I faced repeated issues trying to close trades while in profit. The platform either delayed execution or failed to close trades, which eventually resulted in the loss of both my profit and entire capital a total of $29,000. I submitted evidence including screen recordings to their support team, but the issue was not resolved. I am now requesting assistance, as I have suffered a major financial loss and received no compensation or explanation. I do not want problems. I simply want a fair solution and to recover what was lost due to their system failure and lack of action.
