I've been with KETTNER Trading for a while now, and I gotta say, their customer service needs a serious tune-up. I filed a complaint back in December 2023, and it's been over a month with zero resolution or even a formal response on their internal dispute resolution process. It's frustrating, to say the least. They really need to step up their game in handling customer complaints.
