Pathetic support. Unnecessarily withholding my funds, and keeps rejecting my documents for silly reasons. I tried uploading the documents in different formats with highest possible resolution, but still they rejects and denies my funds. Support responses are tooo bad.

Substandard trading conditions and an inadequate customer service response result in frustrating delays in seeking assistance. The current inability to access their website adds an extra layer of difficulty to executing trades and managing my account.
