My account got locked since January 7th as well as my funds. I requested a withdraw on January 12th and I havent received any respond about my funds. Poor customer support. Feels like a scam to me holding money for so long.

Unable to withdraw money. I want to withdraw the profits from my account, but they asked me to submit documents, saying that I need to verify my identity, there was no such complicated process when I lost money and deposited it into the account before.
