As a day trader, Kato Prime is one of my favorite brokers I trade with frequently. It only requires $3,000 to open a Raw account, and this account is magic, narrow spreads, dedicated customer support, extremely low commissions… I have kept making profits on this platform. 😊

When I was about to withdraw my funds, Kato suspended my bonus account due to the suspicion of multiple accounts. I only use Wi-Fi, and other family members also use the same Wi-Fi and trade on Katoprime. When I sought clarification, Kato only explained that my account was suspected of being a multiple account, not definitively so. Furthermore, upon reviewing the terms and conditions, there is no clause prohibiting the use of a shared network (Wi-Fi). If there is indeed a rule against using the same Wi-Fi, it should have been clearly stated to prevent any party from being disadvantaged by this lack of clarity.

I've recently encountered withdrawal complications. Despite only having made one withdrawal previously, the platform is now requesting the same detailed information again. Unfortunately, when attempting to upload these details, I consistently encounter an error message.

Now this broker will accuse for trade balance activity. When I request proves or evidence, they not reply until now. my account and my friends already suspended. Please dont use this broker. accuse without any evidence.
