So far no problem. I know bad brokers from whom it is impossible to make money support responses daily, the platform often freezes. I did not notice such problems here.

Upon reaching out to support to understand what happened, I was told it was due to a bot I had running. I contacted the software developers, provided all necessary information, only to find out that the bot was error-free but the platform had issues. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn't possible, essentially meaning my money was stolen. I hope this helps others steer clear of this dishonest broker.

It is totally a fraud company. No matter what they claim or say do not...I repeat DO NOT BELIVE THEM, or you are so sure to lose your hard-earned money.
