Blatant scammers. They use welcome bonuses to induce you to invest. I went along with it for a few mins to try and see what info they are trying to steal. It's personal info: email address/bank details/date of birth. They will then likely sell this info. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL DETAILS of yours, including your name!
