Firstly, the trading fees are extremely unclear, as they promised "low spreads and minimal commissions" which simply didn't exist - the spreads were huge. Secondly, while they do provide MT4 and webtrader platforms, they aren't very stable and often freeze up. I've also had trouble logging in to my account. Thirdly, customer support is lacking in professionalism and it takes a long time to get a helpful response.
