I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been with them for 3 years and haven't encountered any real issues. Never been put on hold for more than a few minutes. Their website is user-friendly and has never experienced downtime. I've never held significant deposits, maybe that's why I get such good service with my balance. But even when my balance is smaller and I don't use private client services, I still receive quality service.
