As a regulated UK-based broker, I had high hopes for Betensh Financial LTD. However, after trading with them for a while, I find that their website looks very unprofessional too... It lacks so much important information, no info on trading conditions, no info on payment methods, and even no info on minimum deposit requirement... too disappointing! Overall, I would advise traders to be cautious when trading with Betensh Financial LTD, and to only invest funds that they can afford to lose.

Betensh Financial LTD's website offers very little. If I really want to invest here, I can ask customer service, but I don't want to waste time like this. I'd rather go with companies that provide adequate information.

Betensh (now Volttexltd) is a scammer. This woman https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100025824882526&mibextid=LQQJ4d approached me on Facebook. She induced me to trade with Betensh and encouraged me to invest more. Two months ago when I attempted to withdraw my money, Betensh required me to pay a tax. Now my trading account was cancelled, Betensh said it has been handed over to a local regulator due to a long time without dealing with tax issues. But Betensh failed to provide who is the local regulator.

I was disappointed with their lack of transparency. They claim to offer wide variety of trading instruments, but there's no detailed information about trading conditions on their website. Additionally, their National Futures Association license is unauthorized. I found this concerning as I want to be sure that my funds are secure. Their MT5 platform is decent, but I wouldn't recommend trading with them until they become more transparent about their trading conditions.

In the first trading month I can withdraw my money without trouble. But recently this firm required me to pay 24% tax before withdraw. Is this a scam? How can I get my money back?
