4.7完成操作后 第二天平台莫名其妙将我的账户冻结 不仅仅包括盈利 连本金都全部扣除 服务经理联系总部只反馈我有非法操作 却不提供任何证据和证明 平台单方面扣除盈利和本金的行为破坏了市场的正常交易！亏钱的时候啥也不管 盈利了就直接封户！诈骗公司都不敢这么干！连本金都一并冻结！真是开眼了！请求平台主持公道

last night i opened 3 trades with running profits and set my be immediately , however this morning i woke up all my trades went negatives with great loses !

Nhưng trong màn hình vẫn hiện chưa xác minh. Lỗi này dẫn đến không thể rút tiền được. Đây là lỗi nghiêm trọng mọi người tránh để mất tiền nha. Sàn Cxm direct này tôi chơi cũng cả năm nay cơ bản là khá ổn. Nhưng từ ngày chuyển sang server mới thì có nhiều lỗi kỹ thuật hơi khó chịu .Mong broker xử lý cho xong. Bên dưới hình 1 là hình đã xác minh và hình 2 là lỗi đã xác minh nhưng trên web vẫn hiện chưa xác minh. Rút tiền sẽ hết sức khó khăn đó nha. Đồng thời chức năng support trên server mới cũng không thấy lun. Cực kỳ ảnh hưởng

I don’t mind with new account open with swap charging but at least u told me before i trade with your broker please don’t inform after things happened. As u promise ,trade swap free with no limitation, if there are limitation please list down for us as a client to know before we started to trade it will be fair for us not deduct afterwards , this is not tally with what u have promised before we started to trade . Since u mentioned ‘outweighed’ which mean u have limitation on swap free trading position please list down like other broker does for clients to know and understand (like hfm does they mentioned currency only get swap free when u hold not more than 14days) before we start trading ,not deduct when u feel it is outweighed, this is empty promise and irresponsible at all. Then, they ask account manager to contact me and ask me to give up complaining because it is useless they won’t pay back the money they have deducted from my account for their own reason ,i feel so disappointed on you cxm direct broker .
