我是通过虚拟货币入金的，对方的入金页面没有显示需要通过哪个网络通道，只有一个二维码和一个账号。我使用二维码支付。对方以没有接入该网络为由，不给入金，也不退回。
我咨询了欧易的客服，客服告知我，这种情况资金会到对方账户中，只是没有信息提示。根据当时的反馈邮件，对方实际是收到了，后来又不承认了。简直离谱
