I had a disappointing experience with AI GOLD broker. They froze my account without any explanation. When I called customer support to inquire about a refund policy for slippage stop-loss, they subsequently blocked my account from trading. Their response was that I hadn't updated my net assets and funding sources. I checked my emails, and they hadn't sent any prior notifications about such requirements.
