I recently had an experience with DefineFx that I feel compelled to share. I had two positions open, XAGUSD and XPTUSD. When attempting to close them, instead of closing, the platform opened a trading box. I utilized the trading box to sell the positions. The following day, I noticed two new trades on my positions, both with the same amount but showing negative values compared to the last two trades I intended to close. I attempted to close them, but the platform once again opened a trading box. This time, I set a stop-loss limit, closing both positions, but for XPTUSD, the platform opened a new position with the same amount in the opposite direction.
