The trading platform/website is globally great but what's standing out is the amazing customer service and support through the chat. It's easy and suick to speak to an agent and every time they solve the issues and do their best to accomodate me asap. Really appreciated and I will probably stick to TRADE.COM for a while.

Their $10 Mini account is really attractive to me, and they also provide the industry's famous mt4 and mt5 trading platforms, so I almost opened an account on impulse. Fortunately, I calmed down and was not fooled by such perfect trading conditions on the ads. Their regulation condition seems to be very bad, and even two licenses were suspected as clones.

Overall, trading fees are quite fair, they don’t overcharge you for any unnecessary things. Beginners can have a try through the mini account, while you need to put more money if you want to pursuing extreme trading environment, that’s a lot of money, and you’d better take it seriously, mt4, mt5 both supported.

STOLE USD 80K from us! Account Manager Thomas De Mello only talks crap and fake promises. Now they want us to sign a full and final settlement to wash their hands off from any complaints / fraud. The number 1 tactic used by Trade.com account managers is that they approach you in your language to build false trust, and the moment they identify you as a target, they move in aggressively. In my case, he spoke Italian because my husband is Italian, called him “brother,” and said “ti voglio bene / I love you” Once the hook is set, the real scam begins. Constant pressure and demands to deposit more money under the pretense of “recovering funds” or “unfreezing your account.” Its a deliberate, systematic scheme designed to exploit trust and drain you financially. The level of deception and manipulation is shocking!

They stole $100,100 USD from me. When I saw that I had already made more than $200,000 USD in profits, I tried to withdraw some of my funds, but they did not allow me to do so, claiming that all my money was already invested. When I attempted to withdraw my money, I received a message stating that all my funds were lost and that I needed to deposit more money to free margins and make more gains. A total scam!

The company still refuses to allow me to withdraw funds from my account, and new orders on MT5 are still being displayed as gray.

Well, trading with TRADE.COM has been smooth without any issues. However, I haven't made a single penny during the time I've invested with them. In fact, I've been consistently losing money.
