Initially, I thought the service was good, but when I tried to withdraw some money, I realized that it was not. Their phone number was marked as spam, and the transparency of their dealings disappeared. They claimed to have a trading platform and MT5, but neither worked. They only had a website as a trading platform, and I received many calls for trading advice to invest more money. Someone from customer service called me to understand the issue, but I formally requested to transfer my funds and close the account without any luck. If I had seen WIKIFX before, I would not have invested with them.
Moreover, the screen kept showing me information to keep me interested in investing my money repeatedly, giving me the impression of accumulating wealth.
