OTOFPR LIMITED let me down big time. I reached out about a $250 deposit mistake in my account, explaining it was my money, not a bonus. They said they'd look into it, but still no refund.

I recently submitted all the required information to OTOFPR LIMITED, but it has been more than 4 days, and my account is still not activated. The delay is quite frustrating and falls short of satisfying user expectations. It would be beneficial if they could implement a system to handle the increased registration demands during peak times.
