I haven't had much interaction with my account manager at AMB, and it's become apparent that reaching them is quite challenging. I understand that I might not be the easiest person to get hold of, but I expected more communication methods than just relying on email. It would be beneficial for AMB to diversify their channels, making it easier for clients to connect with their account managers.
