Yeah, the thing is I experienced multiple freezes when the market was going against me. And then finally, they just straight up disconnected me totally when it was pretty obvious the market was turning - and I was actually in profit at that point. I took some screenshots with my trading journal showing the freezes and then after I reacted, they turned it back on. I opened a ticket with them about it, but they didn't really give me any kind of explanation. It was pretty frustrating, you know?
