Its confusing because they tell me that I could not recover my account but 5 min later I received an email from the same account only with another password

If you want to talk about trading with infinox, mate, I have to say it's been pretty cool. They're on point with all the regulations stuff, so you know they're not taking the Mickey with your hard-earned dough. On top of that, they have a proper good range of assets – offering something for everyone. Navigating their platform is a breeze, although getting your account up and running might be a bit of a bodge job. However, the customer service team is always there to pick up the slack and bail you out if needed. So, despite the minor hiccups, trading with infinox has overall been a blinder.

在英诺平台操作两个月，之前都很顺利，在12月12日，提交出金1595.50被拒绝，然后账户无缘无故被扣除2520.57资金，没有任何邮件，没有任何解释，我找客户经理，客户经理说不清，就说平台不给出金，没有原因，让我自己去曝光，什么黑平台啊！对客户这么不负责任吗？无缘无故 扣我资金，前几天刚存的资金 ，连本带利 全部扣除！还有没有说理的地方了，平台在国外就拿他们没办法了吗？让所有投资者都知道英诺的嘴脸，黑平台！

They have a done huge losses to our accounts which can be termed as an fraud .They vanish near about 10 million $ from the account within few minutes. And not providing any details for the trade.Not at all supportive.
