I set a buy pending order on Gold at 1994 and Silver at 25.16. Some time later, news comes and price started spike. Gold hit 1992 and silver hit 25.13. Normally gold spread 30 and silver spread 20. So, it was impossible to open my pending order. But broker open my pending order and i lost my entire balance. I contact customer service and show them with proof. They said, it was technical problem.
