They say we can only cash out on the 5th of each month due to bank processes – quite inconvenient. What's worse, my withdrawal requests got canceled without any heads up, and I can't get a hold of customer support. They initially talked about a T+2 withdrawal system, but it feels like they're playing by their own rules. Forex is supposed to be 24/7, right?
